4.2 Paid Plans: Paid subscription plans provide access to additional features and increased invoice limits. Paid plans are billed on a yearly basis.

4.3 Pricing and VAT: All prices for paid plans are subject to UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate. VAT will be charged in addition to the stated subscription price. You will receive a VAT invoice for all payments made.

After the two-week refund period has expired, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.6 Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each yearly period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan upon renewal.
